If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us you can return it within 28 days of the original purchase date. If the item is faulty you will be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund at the price originally paid for the product; for items purchased in error, if the product is in pristine condition and fit for resale then we will authorise a return. For non-faulty items you are responsible for the postage costs to return your items. IN ALL CASES you must contact us to obtain a returns authorisation number before sending any items back. Your items must arrive within 28 days of the original purchase date to qualify. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting which is a free service offered by your local Post Office when returning items to us.
Printer cartridges contain a microchip that records the number of pages printed and the volume of spent ink. Returned items that are found to have been used, sabotaged, or products not exhibiting the described fault will not be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund. If you are experiencing a problem with print quality, please refer to your printer manual and follow the instructions for its cleaning procedures before contacting us.
If your goods have been damaged in transit please retain the packaging and inform us immediately, giving us as much information as possible.
We may take up to fourteen days to issue an exchange, credit or refund; the fourteen days will start from the day the items are received by our warehouse.
Please do not return items to us using the plastic recycling envelope that may have been included in your parcel, items sent to our recycling centre address will be processed for recycling and as such will not be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
